TMP: When did your TMP career begin?

Craig Knutson: December 2007.

TMP: What is your current role and responsibilities and what does your team/department do?

CK: Oversee the creative and digital experiences for AT&T, Boeing and TMP Labs.

TMP: What other roles have you had while at TMP?

CK: Associate Creative Director

TMP: What advice would give to new employees?

CK: Fulfill their expectations by pushing yours.

TMP: What’s one interesting fact about yourself that your co-workers do not know?

CK:When I was little, I seriously believed if you made a fist with a handful of peanuts, a Snickers bar would appear when you opened your hand. That’s when I realized the power of advertising.
