As a conceptual Art Director in our UK Content Creative team, you'll be driving that story through all the touchpoints in the journey. Visual identity. Social.Motion. Audio. Filming. Websites. Experiential. You’ll bring employer brands to life in a software-led environment which creates an ever-evolving creative approach, harnessing unrivalled industry data.

  • Deliver original, polished, compelling conceptual work on brief and on time. 
  • Ability to take the audience along on the creative journey and showing how concepts work across (mostly) digital channels.   
  • Strong conceptual skills, working with our copywriting team to develop ‘Big Ideas’ that operate across channels as cohesive, visually linked brand expression.  
  • Develop regular content ideas that link to our clients’ thematic pillars, following the latest trends and helping to forge new ones. 
  • Design and translate concepts into fresh, cutting edge, effective designs for different clients, industries and formats. 
  • Speak directly to our clients’ employees to help uncover their stories, including pre-interviews and photo/video shoots. 
  • Keen focus on digital expression, always seeking inspiration from the industry and beyond to keep your solutions fresh and exciting and inspire others. 
  • Work across a portfolio of clients, providing brand guardianship. Develop a consistent, ongoing understanding of a client’s challenges, strategy and opportunities, while collaborating flexibly with internal and external stakeholders.  

  • Experience in art direction and Adobe Creative Cloud primarily Photoshop / After Effects / Illustrator / InDesign. Knowledge of Sketch and podcasting software such as Descript are helpful but not necessary.  
  • A strong understanding of the social landscape is crucial, and possessing proficiency in in-app content creation within platforms such as TikTok and CapCut would enhance our capabilities even further. 
  • Strong, varied portfolio of work that shows integrated conceptual ability across industries, including work examples across multiple channels including brand, digital expression, social media, film, campaigns – with proven understanding of the digital space. 
  • Presentation design 
  • Brand development experience  
  • Self-motivated team player with good organizational skills, the ability to share ideas, and give and receive constructive feedback 
  • The ability to adapt to learn new ways of working 
  • Understanding of, or desire to learn about, the recruitment marketplace and EVP
