Get to know Brock Harrison Austin Barnett, User Interface Front End Developer in the TMP Louisville office.

TMP: When did your TMP career begin?

TMP: What is your current role and responsibilities and what does your team/department do?

BHAB: My main responsibility is programing the front end, or in layman's terms the visual part of the TalentBrew websites. I also approve mock ups of TalentBrews before they are shown to the client to make sure that it's a realistic view of what will be programed.

TMP: What initially attracted you to apply for your current position at TMP?

BHAB: I didn’t exactly apply, I had an agency looking for positions for me; they passed along my resume and this position was a perfect match for my current skills and offered plenty of room for me to expand those skills.

TMP: Though you've been here for a short while, what is something new you've learned here?

BHAB: I have learned more about Web development here than I ever learned in college. What’s great about this job is we are always reaching to be the best in our field. So every day there is a new challenge and every day I learn something new.

TMP: What’s one interesting fact about yourself that your co-workers do not know?

BHAB: If you didn’t notice, I have two middle names. Plus a more interesting fact is that I met my wife when she was 3-years old and I was 5-years old. And, if you didn’t notice by my picture, I am into cosplay also known as costume play.
