We're looking for someone who is obsessed with sourcing and can skillfully recruit the best of the best talent across all verticals with a specialty in at least one of these areas: Engineering, Sales or Media. We run our in-house recruitment function using a recruitment agency model so we can give quality service and align talent to team quickly.

About the job:

  • Source quality candidates at high volume in the most efficient and effective manner
  • Attract, source and screen applicants using a variety of innovative techniques, including networking, social outreach and direct sourcing
  • Establish strong, credible relationships with executives and managers in technology, marketing, human resources, finance and operations 
  • Actively manage applicants through the recruitment process to ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Utilize data to drive engagement and accountability across recruiting and business partners
  • Find, engage and attract passive candidates through a wide range of search techniques
  • Screen CVs/profiles and assess candidates to determine fit
  • Track pipeline activity to share insights with internal stakeholders and hiring partners
  • Recommend and drive process improvements that impact recruiting effectiveness

Requirements for consideration:

  • You're the best tactical sourcer you know and you're looking for an environment that will give you an opportunity to grow 
  • Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently
  • Ideally, you have an excellent working knowledge of tools like hiretual, dataminr and zapinfo as well as a strong command of supplemental tools like findtime, yesware and other efficiency hacks
  • Experience managing multiple requests in parallel, through process management and experience, prioritize competing demands
  • Candidate engagement approach with the ability to engage passive candidates
  • Interview and assessment skills with the ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate easily with a diverse range of people and backgrounds
  • You seek continual training/education to improve your ability to source
