Get to know Adam Tack, Account Executive in the Chicago office.

TMP: When did your TMP career begin?

Adam Tack: March 2016.

TMP: What is your current role and what are your responsibilities?

AT: I’ll be acting as a point of contact for all ad placement and job posting needs for several major clients.

TMP: What initially attracted you to apply?

AT: I was informed of the opportunity from a current employee. After researching TMP and their employee culture via Glassdoor, Google, and the company website, I became intrigued and applied. My experience, from applying, to interviewing, and eventually receiving a job offer, was exciting and positive.

TMP: Though you’ve been here a short time, what is something new you’ve learned?

AT: Our TalentBrew software platform makes the applicant’s job searching experience less strenuous. It allows the applicant to follow a direct path to applying no matter what link they click. I also learned my ABC’s: Always Be Closing.

TMP: Where were you working prior to TMP?

AT: I was at Northwestern Medicine on a contract assignment working in their coding and billing department.

TMP: What’s one interesting fact about yourself that your co-workers do not know?

AT: My trip to Europe in June is the first time I will have ever crossed the Pond. I'm very excited to experience Europe for the first time.
