In this role, you willbe responsible fordeveloping and implementing research projects to understand audience behaviors, needs and motivations,and marketforces that impact decision making in the world-of-work

A successful candidate will have a background in market research, consumer behavior research, of behavioral science, with strong skills in research design and methodology, data analysis andstatistics, and knowledge of the World of Work, HR Tech or SaaS markets.

  • Leverage Behavioral Science theories, frameworks, a diverse set of research methodologies (e.g., focus groups, surveys, user-tests, etc.) to develop thoughtful research projects aligned with the goals and objectives. 
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the research process from questionnaire writing and research design, analysis, and interpretation of results through to preparation of reports. 
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using statistical and data analysis techniques to identify trends and patterns in audience behavior.  
  • Translate research insights into engaging industry and trend reports that deliver thoughtful feedback and actionable results. 
  • Degree in Market Research, Behavior Science Research, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Consumer Behavior, related field, or equivalent practical experience. 
  • At least three years of experience within applied research, or product research and development. 
  • Working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods and practices. 
  • Experience with research design utilizing various methods including usability studies, contextual inquiry, and surveys, etc. 
  • Interest in product design. 
  • Proficiency in communicating user research findings.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Salary Range: USD $70,000.00 – $75,000.00*
*The above range is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
