Get to know Melinda Benoit, Content Marketing Manager in the TMP Chicago office.

TMP: When did your TMP career begin?

Melinda Benoit: October 2014.

TMP: What is your current role and responsibilities and what does your team/department do?

MB: I work with our clients to provide the best content strategy for their goals. This includes but is most certainly not limited to: managing the content and editorial process/workflow from beginning to end, helping clients understand the ins and outs of content marketing and social media without making them feel stupid, and tracking and measuring the success of the content we produce.

TMP: What initially attracted you to apply for your current position at TMP?

MB: When I read the job description for this role, the cover letter request asked for information about my personality and I knew that I would be applying to be a part of a team instead of applying for just a job.

TMP: Though you’ve been here for several months, what is something new you’ve learned here?

MB: I’ve learned that no matter how much you think you know about social media, there are always at least 50 things you don’t know.

TMP: What’s one interesting fact about yourself that your co-workers do not know?

MB: During college I lived in a castle in the Netherlands with a double moat and it's very own ghost. Yes, I believe in ghosts.
