Get to know Carly Petertyl, Inbound Marketing Manager in the TMP Chicago office.

TMP: When did your TMP career begin?

Carly Petertyl: August 2015.

TMP: What department do you work in?

CP: Inbound Marketing.

TMP: What are some of your main job responsibilities?

CP: I curate content, manage social platforms, and create social strategies for a variety of clients including ADT, Target, HP and Holiday Inn Club Vacations.

TMP: What initially attracted you to apply for the role of Inbound Marketing Manager?

CP: I was looking for an agency with a strong social media department and TMP proved to have that with their new Inbound Marketing team.

TMP: What are some things you’ve learned while working here?

CP: I’ve learned how to use social media as brand instead of as a consumer – in other words – how to be strategic and have concrete support of why I’m actually doing something.

TMP: Where were you working prior?

CP: I was working as a TV Investment Associate at Starcom MediaVest Group.

TMP: What is one interesting fact about yourself that co-workers do not know?

CP: My mom is an author and I have a children’s book written about me!
