Chris Cho, Senior Vice President of Product, leads TMP's product initiatives and is responsible for the overall delivery of TMP's software products including the TalentBrew platform. His vision, passion, and dedication to the product development craft and constant pursuit of differentiation and improvement is the force behind TMP’s current and future product offerings.

Chris has spent over 15 years in HR and recruiting technology. As a visionary leader and entrepreneurial product executive, he was formerly SVP of Product at Jibe and Head of Product Strategy at Talemetry. His start-up, HR Integrations (HRNX), was acquired by Talemetry and remains the industry’s top provider of turn-key integrations between HR service providers and ATS/HR systems. Prior to HRNX, Chris led Technology Services for Sterling Backcheck, a global provider of pre-employment screenings.

Chris has served on the Board of Directors for the HR-XML / HR Open Standards Consortium and Court Appointed Special Advocates NYC. Chris received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech.
