Overview


As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and administering our company's comprehensive benefits and total rewards programs. Reporting to the Director, People Operations, you will oversee various aspects of benefits administration, payroll adjustments, and employee recognition initiatives for our U.S., Canadaand our emerging markets.

  • Benefits Administration: 
  • Manage new hires, status changes, off-cycle bonuses, and promotions for U.S. and Canadian employees. 
  • Coordinate with global HR teams for benefits administration in Canada, Singapore, India, and Brazil. 
  • Resolve benefits inquiries and issues, working closely with benefits carriers and submitting COBRA information. 
  • Payroll and Compensation Management: 
  • Process payroll adjustments, salary changes, and employee information updates. 
  • Coordinate with payroll providers for accurate reporting and ensure compliance with taxation regulations. 
  • Monitor and administer HSA/FSA deposits, 401k contributions, and other financial benefits. 
  • Track and distribute incentive plans 
  • Employee Recognition and Engagement: 
  • Implement and manage employee recognition programs, including monthly and quarterly reports. 
  • Collaborate with L&D to provide manager reports for new hire mentorship programs.  
  • Leave Administration and Compliance: 
  • Oversee leave administration processes, including FMLA, reasonable accommodations, and tracking employee premiums during leaves. 
  • Conduct audits for open enrollment, tracking FMLA, and leave administration changes. 
  • Reporting and Analytics: 
  • Generate and analyze reports on staffing changes, turnover rates, and employee anniversary data. 
  • Prepare quarterly and annual summaries of exit interview results to identify trends and improve retention strategies. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on benefits administration and total rewards. 
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for data analysis and reporting. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Location: This role is based in New York City, with a requirement of 2 days in the office.

Salary Range: USD $60,000.00 – $65,000.00*
*The above range is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
