AIA Worldwide received the two wins for its work on the graduate recruitment efforts of its client, Thales, a global technology leader in the aerospace, transportation and defence and security markets. Overall, the agency received the Best Graduate Website award for the Thales "Together We" website, designed to attract and engage qualified entry level talent by immersing them in the Thales brand and showing what they can achieve by joining the company. In addition, AIA won the Best Graduate Campaign category for its work with Thales, recognising its ability to project the company's employer brand effectively across all channels and devices to attract graduate talent.
