AIA Worldwide Selected as Winner of Two SoMe Graduate Recruitment Awards

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Feb 3, 2015)- AIA Worldwide, the EMEA headquarters of TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, LLC, a global innovator in talent acquisition, today announced that the company has been recognised with two SoMe Graduate Recruitment Awards for its expert work in social media recruitment.

In this year's competition, AIA Worldwide received two awards for its work developing effective social media recruitment campaigns for its clients, including:

  • Best Use of Social Media in Graduate Recruitment within the Engineering Sector for BP.
  • Best Use of Social Media in Graduate Recruitment within the Law Sector for Linklaters.

The company was nominated for these awards based on an online survey of 1,500 students, which asked these students to name the organisations that they felt made the best use of social media within the sectors they'd most like to work in. The students were also asked to identify which recruiters had the best social media recruitment campaigns. Once nominated, the awards are determined by a panel of judges who score based on creativity, relevance, metrics and integration.
