Workforce's annual Game Changers award aims to highlight the next generation of workplace leaders who are under the age of 40 and have a positive impact on the HR function. The winners were determined by Workforce's senior writers and editors, who judged nominees based on their professional accomplishments and other achievements.
Todd was selected as a Game Changer based on the high level of innovation he has brought to the talent management space. Throughout his career, he has developed cutting-edge methods for measuring recruiting effectiveness and creating unique strategies that help employers optimize and project their employment brand and recruitment activities. He is also committed to helping employers define the future of recruiting with new technologies, such as Google Glass™ and other products that enter the market, sharing his insights on how wearables and other advancements will shape talent acquisition and the candidate experience.
