With a focus on client development and operations across Canada, O'Neill Taylor is based in Toronto and responsible for strategic account development as well as the success of TMP's customers and employees throughout Canada.

In her role as senior vice president, O'Neill Taylor will direct a team of regional vice presidents, digital strategists, client strategists, account directors and account executives to create new technologies and strategies that will help TMP's customers attract and retain the best people. Prior to joining TMP, O'Neill Taylor was the National Director of Sales Strategy and Enablement at Workopolis and served as a member of the Corporate Leadership Team. During her time at Workopolis, she led the Enterprise Account Director Team, Solution Consulting and ATS Practice, Sales Operations and Sales Enablement. O'Neill Taylor has worked for leading HR recruitment organizations in Canada and the United States, servicing and supporting many of the Fortune 500 companies.
