NEW YORK, NY -- TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, LLC, a global tech-enabled talent acquisition company, today announced that Diego Sanson has joined the company as vice president, global relationship manager for Latin America.
In his new role, Sanson is responsible for establishing and executing a strategy to expand TMP's presence and increase growth in Latin America. He will manage the company's partners in that region to ensure they provide seamless and high-quality service to all clients. In addition, he is responsible for working collaboratively with TMP's new business development team globally as a subject matter expert to develop strategies that highlight the company's talent acquisition solutions to large organizations.
Prior to joining TMP, Sanson was part of the team that launched Monster in Latin America and served as director of Sales for Monster Brazil and International Sales Latin America. He also led a team of outside sales professionals in the execution of the company's sales strategy in Brazil, growing sales by 285 percent in 2011. Sanson also held various roles in business development with Monster, in which he built an extensive network of cross-functional relationships with internal and external business partners and drove sales of $16.1 million.
