TMP Worldwide to Address the New Digital Candidate Experience at SHRM Talent Management Conference

Held at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas from Monday, April 15 through Wednesday, April 17, 2013, the conference provides HR professionals, recruiters and business leaders with comprehensive information to help them drive their talent management initiatives forward to ensure they find and keep top talent. Vong will lead the session, “The New Digital Candidate Experience,” on Tuesday, April 16 at 10:45 a.m.

During this session, Vong will discuss the importance of evolving the candidate experience to address the changing digital landscape and trends. As the internet, via social media and mobile devices, has become more personal, web designers and brands must account for the changing needs and expectations of the digital candidate to remain truly competitive.

Attendees of this session will learn how to identify the latest trends in digital brand and design and how to incorporate these into their recruitment strategy to attract a high volume of qualified candidates. They will also learn about the impact of social media, how employers can fully leverage social networks to enhance talent acquisition and what is next on the social media front. Additionally, Vong will discuss the need to build a device-agnostic digital brand to ensure that all candidates can access a company’s career site, regardless of which mobile device they use to search and apply for jobs.
