DETAILS: In the digital recruitment age, Google, job aggregators and other digital properties such as LinkedIn have dramatically changed not only the way candidates search for jobs, but also the expected return on investment. For about 75 percent of jobseekers, the traditional attraction methods no longer apply.
During “Measuring Success with an Integrated Digital Recruitment Strategy,” Matt Mroczka, vice president of Digital Strategy and Client Development for TMP Worldwide joins with Ellen Sauvé, national sourcing operations manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers, to discuss how a comprehensive digital recruitment strategy can allow organizations to craft effective campaigns in less time and with less investment. They will also discuss how to track success from the moment a prospective candidate sees the job posting all the way through to hire. Additionally, attendees will learn how PricewaterhouseCoopers revolutionized its recruitment strategy by optimizing its brand and taking advantage of all of the tools in the digital recruitment tool box.
In addition to this informative session, TMP will also be hosting an innovative, mobile-based game called The Missing Link. Designed to show participants the agency’s mobile expertise and how they can leverage LinkedIn to find the perfect candidate, the game asks users basic questions about Las Vegas. When they get questions right, they receive clues about a certain candidate’s job location, education, specialties and other aspects available on LinkedIn’s mobile site to help them narrow down the right person – that day’s Missing Link. One winner will be randomly selected each day of the conference and will receive $500 in casino chips.
