NEW YORK (September 20, 2012) – TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, LLC, a leading global technology-enabled talent acquisition company that leverages software, advertising and creativity to deliver award-winning products and services, announced today details of the new social capabilities included in the latest release of its TalentBrew recruiting platform. The company’s package of social enhancements enables clients to use all aspects of digital recruitment advertising and leverage social media and referrals to meet their hiring goals.
The new package includes TalentBrew’s Facebook Job Search. This presents clients with the ability to use their TalentBrew-created careers site on Facebook with the full functionality and consistent look, feel and brand of their desktop site. This enhancement brings consistency to the user experience by ensuring job seekers have the same level of access to opportunities whether they are conducting their job search through the web or on the social network itself. Additionally, by extending TalentBrew to Facebook, TMP further ties in the importance of social recruiting as part of a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, rather than a stand-alone method for attracting talent.
TMP has also released the latest version of its Work With Me offering, a simple and innovative add-on to TalentBrew. By leveraging the power of employee networks, Work With Me enables employees to share jobs with their social networks directly from TalentBrew. These interactions can be tracked so the company can see which employees are most active in sharing openings as well as the jobs, categories and locations most commonly shared. Work With Me also tracks which methods are used, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or email, to gauge which is most effective. All of this information is captured and can be merged with the ATS hire data and used to determine which referrals become hires.
Rounding out its new social offerings are TMP’s Twitter integration opportunities. As part of the social package, TMP will offer custom-designed Twitter pages for clients, along with the ability to automatically feed jobs on a scheduled basis into Twitter – either an overall company Twitter account or specific, segmented branches.
“Today’s candidates – both passive and active – have an almost unlimited number of ways to find out about and research jobs. There is no doubting that social media is part of the path,” said Matt Lamphear, senior vice president of Interactive Products at TMP Worldwide. “With the new social enhancements to TalentBrew, TMP helps its clients to not only collect data about the use of social networking in the job search, but also to fully capitalize on it and ensure they find top talent from their career sites and across the social universe.”
