The agency captured 17 awards, including the award for Best Employment Website, improving on its 2011 performance when it won 11 awards.
TMP garnered the Best Employment Website award, a best of industry win, for its work on ESPN’s career site. Judges recognized the site’s design and simple navigation and how it clearly communicates what ESPN is to perspective employees. Additionally, TMP received three Outstanding Website awards for Walmart’s Military Career Site, the Walt Disney Company Career Portal and Motorola’s Mobility Career Site.
The agency also won 13 Employment Standard of Excellence awards. Several of these winning sites, such as Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.’s site, Boeing Careers Transitioning Military Site and Boeing Careers Mobile Site, are powered by TalentBrew, TMP’s innovative software platform that helps employers push jobs and content directly to candidates while creating consistent brand messaging.
In addition, the company was also granted the award of Outstanding Website Developer, an honor bestowed on organizations who have won six or more WebAwards.
