TMP Worldwide speaks at CACEE and the Campus Recruiting Forum

As part of TMP Worldwide's ongoing efforts to share knowledge, insight, and thought-leadership in the campus recruiting arena, Steven Ehrlich - TMP's Global VP, Client Development — recently spoke at two events. Steve spoke for the fifth year in a row at the Campus Recruiting Forum in Washington, DC where he delivered a presentation titled "Tribes — The Art & Science of Storytelling" that covered the interconnected nature of employer brands, digital experiences, and social media delivery channels.

At the Campus Recruiting Forum, Steve was followed by Dr. Phil Gardner, the Director of the Collegiate Employment Research Institute (CERI) at Michigan State University (disclosure: Steve Ehrlich is a CERI Advisory Board member). Dr. Gardner publishes an annual Recruiting Trends Report that focuses on young adults' transition from college to the workforce and the 2010-2011 edition is the 40th published.

Steve also spoke at the Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers (CACEE) in Toronto. Steve's presentation, "The Impact of Social Influence Marketing and Web 2.0 on Employer Brands," covered the constantly evolving social landscape, new and innovative ways to engage student populations via mobile and digital experiences, and the increasingly fragmented media world in which we live.
