Tim Enright has more than 12 years of progressive experience in the human capital recruitment field with expertise in account management, requirements development, and solution development.
He has considerable experience developing project solutions including analysis of client needs, setting the strategic sales approach to win new business; leading special project efforts; and creating/conducting client demonstrations and technical presentations.
Mr. Enright joined TMP in September 2010, coming from Monster Government Solutions (formerly QuickHire) where he worked for over eight years in Business Development and Sales Management focusing on selling Human Capital Management Solutions such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and outreach solutions to the Federal Government.
Mr. Enright has served in the active U.S. Army with the 82nd Airborne Division, 1st Cavalry Division and continues to serve in the Maryland Army National Guard. His total service time currently exceeds 21 years. He has worked in the tactical intelligence field supporting a broad range of military operations.
He is a recipient of multiple awards for outstanding performance and excellence throughout his career. Awards include: President's Club, High Achievers Club, as well as such military awards as The Bronze Star, Army Commendation Medal (2), Army Achievement Medal (6), Global War on Terrorism; as well as the Operation Iraqi Freedom and Southwest Asia Campaign Medals.
Tim is a graduate of James Madison University where he received a BS in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Employee Training and Development. Tim resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and two daughters.
