New York - December 8, 2008 - TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, the largest independent recruitment advertising agency, announced that Brent Reichow has been promoted to National Account Director in the Waltham, MA office. As a leader within the organization, Mr. Reichow will deliver full-service recruitment and retention solutions for some of TMP's largest customers, while managing client engagements and providing thought leadership.

Reichow brings more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment Strategy and Marketing/Communications to the agency. Prior to joining TMP, he worked as a Business Development Manager/Recruitment Strategy Consultant for Rada Advertising, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN, where he led employment marketing engagements for both large and mid-sized customers across multiple sectors. Reichow has served as a Board Member of Human Resource Professionals of Minnesota (HRP-MN) and has spoken at the Society of Human Resource Management's (SHRM's) Staffing Management Conferences.
