Based on recently completed market analysis, TMP Worldwide has determined that differences in employment market drivers not only exist by job category, but also by years of experience. The chart below shows employment experience attributes that are most important to professionals with three to five years of total work experience. It also shows the degree to which these professionals believe that those same attributes are delivered by employers.
The resulting placement of attributes provides a guide for employers in designing the employment experience and corresponding brand positioning. The farther up and to the right an attribute lies on the graph, the more critical it is that an employer delivers it.
