TMP Worldwide Announces the Hire of Kurt Dunn to Lead Strategic Partnership Team

NEW YORK - June 11, 2007 - TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, the largest independent recruitment advertising agency, today announced that Kurt Dunn has joined the company as vice president, Strategic Partnerships. Dunn will be based in San Francisco and will lead a national team focused on growing the business by creating alliances and building relationships with key partners within the human resource space.

Dunn brings 10 year of experience in the recruiting software and technology industry to his new role at TMP. He was most recently vice president of Global Services at Vurv Technology, where he played an integral role in growing the services group from 12 to 70 people and defined the strategy for tripling revenue of professional services.

He's driven the development and implementation of a formalized process to integrate HR technology services such as recruitment, assessment, on-boarding, and compensation management of vendor partners. Dunn was also a technology solutions consultant at Taleo, an on-demand talent management company and prior to that, director of solution consulting at Personic, one of the early leaders in the applicant tracking/electronic recruiting industry.

Dunn's solid expertise and knowledge has garnered invitations to speak at numerous industry events and conferences where he has participated on several panels. He is a graduate of University of Wyoming (B.S., Educational Psychology) and California State University, Sacramento (M.S., Education).

As leader of the Strategic Partnerships team, Dunn will also play an important role in developing TMP's overall product strategy as well as working with the sales and finance groups to expand the company's presence in the HR space.
