As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing recruiting strategies to effectively source candidates and partner with hiring managers to identify top talent. About the job: 

  • Attract and source active and passive candidates in engineering, product management and data
  • Utilize data to drive recruitment activity 
  • Screen CVs/profiles and assess candidates to determine fit
  • Make any necessary improvements to the sourcing process 

Requirements for consideration:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years of experience recruiting top-tier passive and active technical talent
  • Prior experience in a talent mapping/research capacity for passive candidate generation
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
  • Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Must be a process-oriented and results driven self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently
  • Working knowledge of recruitment automation tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate easily with a diverse range of people and backgrounds
  • You seek continual training/education to improve your ability to source
